I.C.E. app that can be launched form lock screen?

Hi all. I've been trying to find an In Case of Emergency app that can be launched from the lock screen. Haven't had much luck but maybe my search was flawed.

I'm looking for one that would show multiple emergency contacts, show allergies/other medical info, etc. and be launched from the lock screen w/o entering the password. Is there an app for that?

no, the only thing that can be done on the iphone from lock screen is dial an emergency number. no app will be able to do anything you require either

the only thing you can do is make a custom wallpaper with it all on
