Steve Jobs said:10:37AM "So the heart of the problem is, smartphones have issues, and we made it easy to exploit the issue by showing people where to hold the phone to cover the antenna. But the data supports the fact that the iPhone 4 is the best smartphone in the world, and there is no Antennagate... there is a challenge for the entire smartphone industry to improve its antenna technology so there are no weak spots. So today we're going to try and take care of our customers."
Ok, that's some pretty back-asswards logic there. He's blaming us for having the gall to think we can even TOUCH his not-quite-so perfect piece of technology with the first part (note he admits the issue is there, and they - meaning Apple - have "made it easy to exploit" which is an admission that the antenna design is completely pooched from the start) and basically implies that Apple's own media materials are "making it easy to exploit the issue" by teaching you how to hold the phone so the problem really is a problem.
Then he says "there is no Antennagate..."
It's official... Steve Jobs is a freakin' nutcase...
"That's all, folks..."
