i can not move anything!

I repaired permission yesterday and now, the user I repaired them with can no longer move folders or files around, I can’t not drag them anywhere. This also happens in the dock. I can no longer change what is in my dock. Before I repaired permission I would have glitches. I would not be able to eject CDs; there would be no error message either. The top right where the time is also would glitch, it would double all the icons then when I moved my mouse over it, it would go back to normal. Any ideas?
