I can not seem to get favicon icons in my favourites drop down in Safari 8.

I have no idea why, but ever since the release of Safari 8, I can not get favicons of bookmarks of things. Some work, like the MacRumors, and some do not, like Best Buy. It has a stupid little Safari icon, with the dominant colour of the icon.

Here is a screenshot. As you can see, my tech news folder works, but Best Buy does not work.

Is there something that I am doing wrong, is something that the webmasters need to do with their favicon, or is it something that Apple is planning on fixing in El Capitan?
