I can not transfer movie in my phone

I recently started purchasing movies in iTunes but i wanted to watch them on my phone and iPad. The home sharing isn't working and this keeps popping up. What is the Default tv or movie app for ipads and iPhones

I believe it's called "TV." Used to be Videos.

Should have come preinstalled, did you delete it?
