i can receive sms but not send as sms from mac messages

Hi All,

I seem to ahve got sms's coming through on the mac now.

But if they send as sms because they have no internet signal the computer messages version decides to reply as imessage - because they have it - but they are only in a place to receive sms at the time and it wont send as sms or give me option to send as sms like i can via iPhone

So im having to go back to iPhone currently to change an imessage to send as sms :/

any workaround
