I can’t see the voice notes on iTunes

I connected an iPhone4 to iTunes and and synced and backed up.

But where can I see the voice notes?

How can I extract the music and voice notes?
 
I see that TouchCopy is 30 bucks. But there was another option I remember that I used to extract just the photos from the iPhone. I think it may have been a Windows. Does anyone know what it is?
