i cann´t empty my trash

i installed some app in my macbook but after whole i didn´t like it so just deleted it but some of its option stilled in my hard so i thought empty my trash can help( i didn´t find any uninstalling option in app)
but now i cann´t empty my trash it sounds that it does but all items still in trash (no error window no pop up window nothing )
i even tried in safety mood az well no result??

try to delete the trash while holding down "alt".

restart your MAC and try again.

Make sure the app isn't still running and try again.

Hold Option, right click trash can, choose empty trash. It force deletes. Should be the same as the previous "hold ALT" comment, though.
