I cannot find Keyboard Layout Folder of FCP 7 running on OS X 10.8.2 Mountain Lion

Usually this folder is in users/user/library/preferences/Final Cut Pro User Data. Apparently on Mountain Lion this folder is hidden or located elsewhere.
If someone knows where it is I'll be thank full!

I run OS X Mavericks and I can't find my keyboard layouts folder either... I have no weird stuff installed that manipulates my computer and I haven't done anything. Simply can't find it in the library folder...

Any suggestions???
