I have uninstalled all Adobe software from my computer, but there is still an "Adobe Application Manager (Other)" folder located in my launchpad. No adobe applications show up in finder when I search.

I have used the adobe cleanup tool which did not solve the issue.

Is there an easy way to remove this folder from the launchpad?

Try restarting. If not go to the Applications folder through Finder and drag it to the trash

Restarting does not help. It has been this way for several months, but I made another effort to fix it this weekend.

It does not show up in Finder. In the Launch Pad, it is an empty folder.

For now I have moved it to a second page where I will not see it.

This behavior is quite common for non-App Store apps.

You could try AppCleaner (free) or AppZapper (paid) to remove the remnants of Adobe from your Mac.

Ok one last idea

Try navigating to /Users/your username/Applications

This folder also occasionally contains additional applications not present in the main Applications folder.
I just looked and mine has 7 adobe Creative Cloud things...!

I did not realize that there was a user folder. I had to google how to find it - it seems to be hidden to start with.

I noticed that these hidden files do not show up when I search with the finder search tool. Is there a way to include hidden files in the search results?

I found this: https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT202121

Will try it tonight.

Download "EasyFind" and search for the name of the app or item in launch pad. When you see the item right click it and choose reveal in finder. From there delete the item (some require you to enter your password) and it should be removed from the launch pad.
