Every time I attempt to access a HTTPS site through Safari or any other Mac browser, I can't access it. I get this message:

Safari can’t open the page.
Safari can’t open the page “https://insertwebsitenamehere.com” because Safari can’t establish a secure connection to the server “insertwebsitenamehere.com”.

And this happens for any HTTPS site for all browsers (Safari 5, Firefox 4, Chrome 11, and Opera 11). It is getting annoying due to the popularity of HTTPS nowadays. All of the sites have secure servers (they are using HTTPS so they almost have to be!) so I don't know why the browsers are doing this. I have no proxy on the network and have made sure TLS 1.0 and HTTPS 3.0 options were checked for availability. Network settings are normal. Has anyone else experienced this or know/have an idea to fix it?
