I cant delete a screenshot

I bought this macbook pro about 2 months ago, and it was taking screen shots fine but now there is this one screenshot it wont let me delete, its annoying me so much sitting on my desktop, and i also cant take screen shots anymore.. its so frusterating. i neeed help

What happens when you try to delete it?

Reboot, repair permissions with Disk Utility, reset PRAM and SMC etc...

Since you are within your 90 days of complimentary phone support, call in and make apple help you out. You did buy that customer service with the laptop . In the case that you don't wanna call, restarting solves almost any problems I encounter. Check S.M.A.R.T. status and fix permissions using Onyx if needed.
