iPod touch I can't delete two Podcast I downloaded (from touch).

This is driving me insane.

I downloaded two episodes (PTI & Around the Horn) from my touch and now that I'm finish with it I'm having trouble deleting the two.

Swiping form Left to Right doesn't work, I tried deleting it from my iMac and it keeps coming back! I even completely deleted the Podcast and stop Syncing it.

It's still in my 4G touch and every time I Sync it, the episodes are transferred back to my iMac.

I don't want to Restore since it's PITA and takes time.

Had same problem...

I called Apple support and they were unable to help me. Not that they are incompetent, they are great... and very friendly, it is just a new problem (I think).

I hope this is in time...

To fix this, on your iPhone touch:
Settings
General
Usage (wait for apps to load)
Music (which should be right at the top)
This will show all of your podcasts. Now swipe from left to right across the podcast you want to delete, then touch the red delete button, and it will be gone.

The next time you sync to your iMac, the unwanted podcasts will not be re-uploaded.

Worked like a charm for me!
