iPod touch I cant download 2.o!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!!

Ok, I bought 2.0, but when I try to download it, it says that it timed out and to check my network and stuff like that! My network is perfect and I checked. I dont want to lose 10 bucks, so what do I do?

It is 12:00.. I have found that at 12:00 AM EST iTunes never works properly.. try again in a few minutes.
