I try to download a new app on my iPad Air, but I get the message "could not be purchased at this time. Please try again later." I can download the app if I take my iPad to work or on a public wifi network, but not on my home wifi. I have an new AirPort Extreme and I can surf the net just fine. I also have an iPhone 5s, which I can download apps just fine. Any suggestions?
