I Can't find iCloud tab in iPhone Safari

Safari on the iPhone doesn't have the iCloud tab, like the iPad and the desktop Safari? So you cannot continue what you left off on your mobile (iPhone)?

iCloud tabs are in the Bookmarks area.

iCloud tabs issue

Hi I have the iPad 2 and 2 x iphone 4s's (1 work and 1 personal), iCloud tabs seems to be working ok between iPad and on the work iphone 4 s, It does not show any pages open from my other 4s? Any ideas folks? Thanks in advance
