I can't find my voice dictation?

Hi! I bought the new iPad in a store in Sweden and i can't find the voice dictation ANYWHERE. Where is it?

On your keyboard look for the mic symbol

You need to go into setting and manually turn on voice dictation , it doesn't come as a default setting when setting up ipad outside of the USA .

Settings -> General -> Keyboards -> Dictation.

I can't find it there, that's the problem.

Setting -> General -> International -> Keyboards -> add the american one.
Then, activate dictation.
You'll find dictation after pressing the globe icon, on the left of the spacebar.
