I cant get my hyper links on Iweb to work AT ALLL

I publish my site into folder then use fetch to upload to site. For some reason my hyperlinks in my photo section will not work? Can some one help me. Is it fetch?

Lots of javascript errors in the error console. Are you sure you uploaded all your files? There's apparently a bit of javascript missing.
