iPod I can't get my iPod Shuffle to recharge

Hi,

I've only charged my shuffler like.. once. I got it as a christmas present. Anyways, I have some questions because I really don't know how the heck to recharge it. =D Btw, I suck at computers.

1) Does the light (on the iPod) stay lit while charging?

2) Can I put it in any USB port on ANY computer, or does my information needa be loaded onto it?

3) Do I turn it ON while it's charging?

Yeah, I'm basically a retard I guess. But if I don't get help soon, I'm about to office space this mofo in out of the freakin window. So, any help is appreciated! Thanks a lot.

Plug it into any powered USB port (i.e., not a keyboard one). Make sure the Shuffle's off, or it'll take longer to charge. I forget if the light stays lit, but just leave it overnight and it'll be fine.

No need to load any info, and, in fact, if the computer asks if you want to do anything with it, don't. Just leave it plugged in and it will charge.
