iPod I cant get these videos in my IPOD

I found a website
http://home.comcast.net/~othastar/Music.html

which has like mumerous videos all in Quicktime format

I dont know why Itunes wont let me put these videos in IPOD
I tried converting them with Quicktime pro by exporting
The export button seems to be disabled for such videos
I have no clue
Pls help
