I can't Install PRINTER DRIVER ON OSX !!!

I downloaded this driver from hp.com, and after i mount the image i get this error message "The software to be installed requires administrator or higher level access priviledges" ....what hell is going on here...im on the admin. account....here is a pic of the message

p.s. i also got this message when trying to install photoshop
