i can't jailbreak then restore my iphone =( it doesn't work..

hi,
i have an iphone and i would like to jailbreak it without my sim card in it because i lost it.. but i just doesn't work.. i tried "ziphone" and then i restored it but it doesn't work..
do you have any advices??please !!!!!
