HMF macrumors newbie Aug 2, 2012 22 0 Lisbon Oct 24, 2013 #2 Restore from time machine on Mavericks Hi Memko try this: Format your HDD, use disk utility to erase disk: format as Mac OS journaled extended.Do a clean install of Mavericks. Create another new user, restore from a time machine backup and delete the other user. Let me know if it worked
