I just reformatted my HDD and reinstalled my OS. But now I cannot seem to get my Address Book contacts back from my Backblaze backup. I can download the files but when I try to put them in place I get the attached error. How do I put everything back?

If it helps, I am using Snow Leopard on a 2010 MBP and I do not have Address Book or Mail open while doing this.

Any ideas?

Did you try deleting the file that's already there? I've found that sometimes files can't be replaced even when they can be manually deleted before being replaced.

That did it. Although, it would not let me delete the files (saying the same file was in use) until I restarted my computer.

Yeah, that'll happen sometimes too. Could be something as simple as having the Address Book Dashboard Widget running at the time (which you obviously wouldn't have had sitting in front of you to let you know that). Glad it worked!
