i can't restore my iphone 5

i want to update my iphone 5 from ios 8.4 to ios 9.01 and know i have a very big problem my iphone is not working i have apple secreen i tried to restore my iphone with ios 8.4 ios 6 and ios 6.2 i have erreur 3194 in itunes
i tried again to restore my iphone with ios 9.1 or ios 9.01 i have a new errue with itunes erreur 9
please if some one can help me to solve this problem

You keep trying to restore your phone to versions of iOS that Apple is not signing.

You cannot restore to a version of iOS that Apple is not signing. The only version Apple is signing is 9.1 for the iPhone 5. Upgrade or restore to iOS 9.1.

You will continue to have errors until you choose 9.1.

If 9.1 is not the version you want then you are stuck on 8.4 because you can't update/downgrade to any version except 9.1 at this time.
