I cant rip anything right

Now I have a problem with image brightness with my Will & Grace rips. Some of the episodes look flawless right off the disc, others need help. What am I doing wrong? I'm using the latest version of handbrake, the universal profile, decomb and detelcine on, and now I have erratic brightness issues.

The only ones I have noticed look right were seasons 4 and 5, outdoor scenes or the first and last episodes of the seasons.
