I cant seem to get my printer networked to my iBook. Help

does anyone have a system (idiot proof) that i can use to network a HP Deskjet 3650 that is currently plugged into my Windows XP Desktop through a Router and share it with my ibook G4, OS 10.3.5. thankyou.
