iPod touch I can't seem to transfer data to my Ipod

I use a 5th gen Ipod Touch, 6.1 evasi0n untethered jailbreak. Every time i connect my Itouch to my pc (windows 7), my pc can read it. But then when i open up Itunes (Itunes 11), and then put some songs or other files in my Itouch, itunes suddenly freezes and nothing gets transferred to my Itouch. So i tried other programs like iFunbox and iExplorer but even those programs freeze up when I try to transfer files to my Itouch. Any help would be appreciated
