I cant set up my firewall

I try to visit my Security menu to set up my firewall, but to my surprise it was all disabled even my General menu, did i activated some functions that made a conflict on it? Any idea how to fix this?

Click the padlock in the lower left corner of the window and enter your admin password. This will unlock the Security preferences pane.
