I can't sign out of my TV provider - it takes me back to main menu..

I just got a new TV Provider and now when I go into Settings > Accounts> TV Provider... it shows my old login for Direct TV and I can click "Sign Out"

Every time I click "sign out" it just takes me back to the Apple TV Main Page... I've restarted the Apple TV... nothing works.

Any way to fix this?

I have the exact opposite problem. I had to reset my Apple TV. And now it won't let me log in. It says tv provider not supported. So now I don't know how to get it working again.
