I can't sync downloaded apps from internet to my iPhone through iTunes!! Help!

I can't sync downloaded apps to my iPhone 3G. The apps i didn't download it from app store and i just make a search of "xxxx.ipa" on the net. I then transfer to iTunes, and iTunes have an error, says iTunes can not sync some apps in to the iPhone. It says the appliation cound not be verified. Any help? Thanks in advance...

This is because you pirated the application.
Those applications can only be played on iPhones and iPod touched associated with the buyers iTunes account.

You will not find any more help here because it is illegal.
