I Can't Transfer some pics to my Iphone/ipodtouch or Open 'm w/ pictureviewer on mypc

Hi guys. I First synched my ipod touch on another pc and the pics were all right, but then I synched it here, but the pictures get all discolored or distorted in anyother way. I get the same problem with my iphone 3g. I try opening those 'broken' pics with windows image viewer and they're fine, but whenever I try opening 'em with apple's picture viewer, they screw up. I've tried renaming them, re-formatting them, saving them in different folders, but nothing seems to work. Any ideas or suggestions on it? pleaasse!!!!!
