I can't update apps anymore because of my account problem with app store

so I used to have two accounts (one american, one canadian) because the canadian one limits which apps you can have ie skype..

anyways..after 3.0 I had to go back to my old canadian account, and I signed out and back in through itunes on my mac and tried to synch them, I tried to sign out and back in through the app store..
and I even tried to sign out and back in through the "store" part in settings..
it signs me in to the account I want, but when I'm updating an app, the old account pops up with the password, and it never works anymore..
any ideas what I should do??
