I can't upload vides to youtube!!!

I have this problem that when I upload a video on youtube
it gets really messed up, the video, and i have uploaded it and from windows with parallels from cyberlink powerdirector 9 and i have uploaded from mac from imovie and from final cut pro x.
I have uploaded this video just to show you how it is

You're uploading a video which endorses piracy and this isn't the correct forum for this kind of stuff, this forum is more for hardware and the iMac, not for OSX/YouTube/your browser.

Check the OSX forum or even be more specific and check the Google forums...
