iPod touch I Cant Use My Ipod Touch

My ipod touch is not working when i go to plug it up nothin happens itunes does not show up and wheni want it to charege it does not it goes to the aple sign and the charge is at 10% i even tried the restart buttons:mad::mad::mad::mad:i really want my ipod touch back:(:(:(:(

please give me help if u can anyone
 
Is there anything on the screen? If you see a battery then, just give it time to recharge a bit.

the battery shows up but then its dosent charge it goes striahgt to the apple sign
 
Can't you speak English? Use punctuation? Come on man, it's impossible to understand what you're saying without squinting at your words and mumbling under your breath.

Do you know why your iPod started doing this?
What was the last thing you did before this happened?
What happens after the Apple logo pops up? Do you get put back to the lock screen?

I now have a new problem with my ipod i got it to restore and everything but then it stoped again and now its stuck on this screen

If it is still under warranty, you might want to bring it back for servicing or exchange.

Otherwise see if you could try other USB ports or computer and if you have a different sync cable, try that too.
