I even wait until the whole thing is finished buffering before I try to play the video. It plays for 5 seconds then stops, and won't play anymore. I really really need help with this!

Yes I just installed it. Maybe I didn't do it right? After it's done downloading I just restarted my macbook, is that right or was there something more I was supposed to do?
