I Can't Watch Videos or See Some Flash Content...

The title pretty much sums it all up. I have gfxCardStatus as you can see and even if I switch between Integrated, Discrete or Dynamic Switching, videos don't show up... HELP?!

If I go on Integrated, my desktop background shows up instead of the content.
