I chat To a PC web Cam

I have been trying everything my friend has a mAC Using I chat I have a PC using a web cam. I have tried everything I downloaded AIM 5.5 and it still is not working I have tried serevral different Tech support people and nobody knows anything. I Hope I can get some help from some one that has had this problem.

I know it's another applications and registration, but you may have better results using Skype Video (available for both Windows & Mac).
