I delete a partition (56GB).... Is possible add those 56 GB to the windows partition? ... or another option, create a partition with those 56, with Disk utility is impossible.

Open Dusk Utility, select View->Show All Devices. Select top device on left side of Disk Utility window, press Partition button. Post a picture of the pie chart.

Also post a picture of what is shown on the Show All Devices list in Disk Utility.
 
It appears that the partition you deleted was located previous to the Wndows bootcamp partition. You would need to erase and recreate the Windows partition in order recapture the 56GB of free space for Windows.
