I sometimes delete imove clips and they don't add in the trash, and sometimes it goes to the trash in finder, but other times it doesn't appear. Is this normal and how can I get rid of this space, of whereever it goes?

this is a weird feature of iMovie

Don't worry this is normal. Unless you delete the entire clip and that clip is not in your iMovie project, iMovie keeps a copy so that down the road you have the ability to revert to the original. I'm not sure where it stores its copy (it may just keep the original). I read this in the Missing Manual a few weeks ago. I'm not sure of any workarounds though :(

But whre does it keep it? Is it still in the imovie project?
