I deleted my profile on Iphone 4s

I was not able to opne youtube,so I searched the topic for that,a guy gave a solution which was proved to be useful,so I started to follow the steps.

The first step is:

"Go to settings- general- profiles
(Profiles is near the bottom)
click profiles and remove any profile saying O2/giffgaff
"

So I did,but didnt see "profile saying O2/giffgaff'

but I press the "remove" button anyway,I think from that moment I deleted the profile which I saw "Idata.o2.co.uk "

Can anyone tell me how to reset my profile back?thanks!

A DFU restore should put it back to normal.
