i deleted the launchdaemon and launchagents system folders what do i do?

I am running snow leopard.

My computer won't start unless I boot into safe mode first.

you will probably need to reinstall osx.

Don't go around deleting OS stuff if you don't know what it is for.

Move the folders to your Mac from your backup. You do have a backup, don't you?
