I deleted the original System.keychain, what could happen ?

I was trying to delete not needed files, and because I've read that System.keychain in HDD>Library>Keychains was created today, I deleted it along with some caches etc. Then I restarted and I see a new System.keychain.

I wonder if I lost something by doing that ? I could recover that file using some file recovery app.
