What's the main differences between these three?

I know that the Airport Express doesn't have a Hard Drive so you can't back up to it, and I know that the Time Capsule can't handle AirTunes...

Is the only difference between the Time Capsule & the Airport Extreme (AE) is that the AE doesn't have a Hard Drive & can't back up to it?

I just want to connect my modem to something to create a wireless network, and back up to it and share things. So do both the AE & TC act as a router?

Can Apple TV communicate with the Time Capsule (so if I were to store movies on the TC, I could stream them to my TV?)
