I don't have parts of the boot camp control panel...

So the brightness is killing my eyes, and then fn+keys dont work and stuff, and i read that there is an option in the bc control panel, but when i open it up, it has 3 tabs:

Startup disk

remote

power


none of those have an option to adjust the brightness.

help?
