I like to Use My Macbook Pro out of its sleeve even thought the sleeve is made so the computer can be used while in it.
I like the look of it, it's so sexy :p
What do you think with or without?

Considering my laptop case is a messenger bag, it's quite difficult to use my computer in it. ;)

Otherwise, so shell and whatnot; I have a lot of scratches and dings on my computer and I don't care.

i would use a case if i could find one in a store for my 17" MBP, but nowhere seems to carry those hard case i want so bad.

alas, it's been dinged and donged and is starting to show it's character.

Don't worry, you'll grow out of the "pretty" aspect when you grow up and realize your computer is a tool and not a fashion statement. :p

so true! i find that the more i try and baby the electronics, the more damaged they get. i'm not sure how it works but it never fails.

My old white macbook has cracks in it from regular use every day along with taking it in and out of my backpack. I don't plan on using anything more than a sleeve case.

I have a bodyguardz film on my mbp. Although it doesn't provide as much protection as a hard case, it provides just enough from scratches and so forth while retaining the look and overall lines of the mbp. When I transport it, I use an incase sleeve.

When I first got my Mac I babied it like no tomorrow. Then I got my first scratch, was anal about it at first, and then got over it. Now I have a dead pixel on the screen, scratch on the top, and scratched up bottom, and I don't care :p
