I don't understand about this free lion upgrade program.

It says if you bought your Mac on June 6th or later, you are qualified for a free upgrade...

But, some people say they are eligible and they say they bought it as far as late May...

So, WTF is goin on here? How's apple doing this? Is paper receipt going to work...?

How did apple do up to date program in the past? You had to submit your receipt or watttt?

If you bought your mac earlier, but it ships on or after June 6, you still qualify.
