Did everyone not know that your phone wouldn't get notifications when you have your watch on?

like... Did you guys expect to get notified twice for the same message?

It begs the question... Did you guys just buy a watch without doing ANY kind of research on it? Did you watch the guided tours? read the manuals? even watch the keynote for it? Or did you just blindly buy a watch?

I think that feature is GREAT. That is what IOS integration is great for.

exactly, it makes perfect sense. but apparently people are surprised that their phone isn't getting notified anymore. That was the main premise of the watch in all of its marketing, not having to pull out your phone for every single message you get.

Were people just not paying attention?

I wouldn't mind if the bloody watch worked as advertised. Notifications are buggy as hell!

what do you mean "buggy"? I get every notification I set my watch up to get, and every notification I don't want coming to my watch goes to my phone.

Easy ... you CONFIGURE that the notifications should go to the watch.
If you don't want that, configure it differently.

exactly, but apparently its the watch's fault why people aren't getting their notifications properly.

Anyone who had a pebble KNOWS what a pain it was to dismiss the same notification on the watch AND the phone.
