I downloaded ispw and holding shift and restore Isn't working

Im trying to update my phone and Im getting errors when I try to download the ispw from the apple servers. I went thru iclarified's links and downloaded it that way. My phone is in dfu and when I hit shift and click on restore it doesn't let me choose the ispw. It tries to download from iTunes and I get errors every time!!!

edit - I meant option/alt
