So My MacBook fell off my desk today. It doesn't seem like anything is wrong with it. But how can I be sure?

You really can't. Damage from a drop can show much later on, namely when the hard drive starts to die If everything looks ok you will probably be ok with exception of that hard drive. They seem to have delayed reaction sometimes to drops.

There is no visible damage. And my Hard Drive already failed once, so i could always say its defective

No, you couldn't. Well you could, but frankly that is wrong and something tells me that if it really did drop, they would know. Don't try to cheat the system for your own mistakes.

Back up your data just in case it fails later on. You might be able to purchase a cheap HDD from OWC if you can't get it covered for free.
